Quick update

Weight this morning:  129.4
Low weight:  129.4
Goal weight:  125
Height:  5’6″

Today started with a little “weekend fitness”, meaning not my normal weekday gym fitness.  We checked out a trail in a local state park and did a 3-mile walk.  I only burned about 140 cals, but it was nice to get outside on this gorgeous day!  Then we grabbed lunch, I got a Whole Foods hot bar box, and we went out with friends for pizza and drinks.  Overall, here’s what i 8 today:

  • burrito in a bowl
  • 1/2 pound of hot bar food at Whole Foods
  • a couple slices of pizza
  • some drinks!

Calories looked like:OK, I have to admit, I might be a little tipsy right now and in need of some sleep, but I HAD to post before bed!  G’nite blogland!
