Souffle Fever

Workout:  cardio class at the gym (505 cals burned)

This week I’m back at my family’s place, so I checked out a cardio class at a nearby gym.  It was pretty butt-kickin’!  My post-workout snack was a banana with some almond butter.


The rest of the afternoon consisted of some work and snacking, starting with old faithful, carrots and hummus.


aaaaaaand I found some more Garden Lite souffle varieties at the Publix here, woohoo!  They’re still buy one-get one free, too, which never hurts.  I love these little guys–low-cal, tasty, and 2 servings of veggies.  Today I tried out the broccoli one.


Just like the other varieties, this one was pretty tasty, too!  Dinner was a delicious salad from Chipotle.  They really hooked it up with the guacamole!

20121210_chipI ended the night with some FOUR Oreos.  Here’s all the food i 8 today with the cals:

  • medium banana + 2TBSP almond butter
  • Garden Lites broccoli souffle
  • dip chip carrots + Sabra red roasted humus
  • Chipotle veggie salad
  • 4 double-stuff Oreos
