It’s fro-yo time!!!

Weight this morning:  130.0
Low weight:  128.6
Goal weight:  125
Height:  5’6″

Workout:  45-minute jog/brisk walk (370 cals burned)

In a fro-yo shop, about to get up on some Nutella fro-yo!!!  So, a quick post is in order.  Food i 8 today:

  • Burrito salad (black beans, lettuce, spinach, guac, salsa, onions, tomatoes) + some of the salad shell
  • stopped by my husband’s parents’ during their dinner, so had some of:  mashed potatoes, cooked carrots, cranberry bread, pineapple
  • 1/2 of a personal pineapple pizza
  • froooo-yoooooo!!!
