good news, a little booze

Workout:  Body Pump in the morning (300 cals burned) and Body Step in the afternoon (500 cals burned)

Got some REALLY great news today–I accepted a job offer, woohoo!  So, it was a stressful day that was full of phone calls, negotiations, more phone calls, and then a celebration evening at my professor’s house.  Sorry, no food pics today…I just couldn’t keep up!  Here’s all the food i 8 with the cals below:

  • carrots, broccoli, 2TBSP hummus
  • one too many nibbles out of the Justin’s almond butter container, probably about 2TBSP worth, maybe over-estimating
  • at my prof’s house –> 2 slices Domino’s veggie pizza, 2 pieces of fudge, a chocolate whoopie pie, 2 Yeungling lights, and a glass of champagne
