Happy day-after-all-that-crazy-amount-of-food day! I’m happy I decided not to step on the scale this morning. I still felt pretty bloated, so I need some time to get right again.
My sister and I decided to take my nieces to an amusement park that they have annual passes to, woo hoo! We had a crazy, but really fun day. We ran into some major traffic and rain that set us back a bit, but we rallied and still managed to enjoy ourselves and make some lasting memories together. The first half of the day I had a peanut butter sandwich and lots of snacks, and then we hit up CiCi’s Pizza before heading home for the day.
- English muffin + Planters peanut butter
- 1/2 a banana
- 6 apple slices
- 1/2 a s’mores Pop Tart
- handful of Emerald mixed nuts
- 5 peanut butter crackers
- CICI’S PIZZA: 2 veggie slices, 2 spinach slices, a bread stick, and a brownie for dessert
