Conference celebration!

Workout: treadmill run/jog + elliptical (325 cals burned)

Another conference day!  I presented my paper today, and it went really well, so I was in a celebrating mood tonight!  Yes, I celebrate with food + drink.  Yes, I had a lot of fun!  No, I can’t let myself feel guilty about it!  Here’s all i 8 today:

  • Breakfast/morning snack –> 2 slices provolone cheese, 1/2 slice swiss cheese, slice of cranberry bread + butter, piece of watermelon
  • Lunch –> veggie couscous (yum!)
  • Afternoon snack –> 1/2 a coconut macaroon and 1/2 an OMG delicious chocolate chip cookie
  • Dinner craziness –> 1 container of sake, a Sapporo light, 1/2 of some veggie sushi rolls, a fried chocolate thingy
  • After dinner craziness –> diet coke + chips and guac at the hotel bar


Way too many calories consumed today, but it was fun stuff!  Tomorrow we have a San Diego brewery tour on the schedule, so it should be a good time.  More tomorrow!
