Ok, quick post from a juice bar in Jacksonville, FL! Went to visit some family this weekend. Here’s some pics of what I ate today:
Then I had a DELICIOUS slice of peanut butter pie (ate it too fast to snap a picture).
Now I’m going to have some fro-yo…woooooohooooo!
The scale will show an increase tomorrow for all that I indulged in today (RIGHT when I was breaking the 129 lbs plateau), but it’s ok. It was worth it. I was good all week. It’s called LIVING!
And that, my friends, is why two desserts are better than one. 🙂

- Ezekiel toast + 1 TBSP Bonnie’s raspberry jam
- usual protein shake
- veggie Publix sub
- cheddar cheese soup + 1/2 breadstick
- peanut butter pie slice
