In a bit of a hurry to get to bed, but new low today in the weight department, woohoo!
I ran out of Sabra hummus so switched to this Publix “flava” today:
Lunch was a work one at an Italian place. Had some cheesey bread and an eggplant salad. Yum! Got a little hungry in the afternoon, so had a snack.
I’ve been in the mood for those supermarket deli-made foods lately, so I stopped by the Fresh Market and picked up a soybean, cranberry, and feta salad as well as a little bit of creamed spinach.
Then I went for fro-yo with my girls tonight–good times!!
Food i 8 today:
- slice of Ezekiel bread + 1 TBSP Publix hummus
- lunch –> cheesy bread, eggplant + veggies salad
- Lara bar
- Fresh Market sides
- frozen yogurt
