Today we had a nice, long 8 hour road trip to Tennessee!  Then we hung with my husband’s nephews, played in the back yard, took them to a park, and drove around with them.  Then we watched some TV and finished the night with a Mexican dinner out!  I feel better about my food choices today, and I don’t feel blah for once.  No pics, sorry, but below is the summary.

Food i 8 today:

  • 6″ veggie Subway sandwich
  • 1/4C trail mix
  • 1 oz plantain chips
  • 30z veggie chips
  • chips + salsa + guac
  • 3/4 of a bean burrito
  • 1 serving Annie’s bunny graham crackers
